IEREK is organizing the “Landscapes Across the Mediterranean (CrossMED)” conference in collaboration with Università degli Studi Mediterranea - Reggio Calabria, Italy, under the theme of “Landscape Architecture and Management.” We aim to shed the spotlight on issues about sustainable development concerning landscapes and natural resources. Harboring discussions between scholars, experts, and academics.

Scope

The “Landscapes Across the Mediterranean (CrossMED)” conference focuses on the critical role of landscape architecture and resource management in sustainable development. Landscape architecture involves designing outdoor spaces that are aesthetically pleasing, functional, and environmentally responsible, and resource management refers to the sustainable use and conservation of natural resources.
